Banyek (Hungary)

Andras Hargitai is a producer & label manager in Budapest, Hungary - before he has worked on several albums and remixes in the realm of melodic electronica (Soutien Gorge). Also, he created jingles for audio books, documentaries and other media as well. Nowadays, he is continuously merging two paths of form - techno and dub - he tweaks knobs the way he likes it and doesn’t care about much else. Having been performing as a deejay for about 10 years - representing the Hungarian electronica scene and their community Bitlab Records - now he is about to debut his all-analog liveact. Recently, his first sound fx pack called “Space Morphology” was released at Hotelsinus Sound Design. In his free time he enjoys exploring natural audio: birdsong, VLF radio signals and SW radio stations - these also act as definite inspirational sources in his works.
